Kiyoshi Tsugawa is a Member of the Board at Aozora Bank, Ltd.
He started his career in 1956 at the Bank of Tokyo, Ltd., where he later became the President & CEO of Bank of Tokyo International Plc. (London), the General Manager of the International Investment Division, and a Director (Board Member)/General Manager of the Capital Market Division No.1.
In 1987, he joined S.G. Warburg Securities (Japan) Inc. as the Chairman & President. In 1995, he joined Lehman Brothers Japan Inc. as the Chairman, and later became an Executive Advisor and a Member of the Advisory Board in 2004. In 2004, he joined Aozora Bank, Ltd. as a Director.
He was previously the Chairman of Aramark Asia Management, LLC, a Director at AM Service, and a Special Advisor to Hartford Life Insurance K.K.
He received his LL.B. degree from the University of Tokyo.
Koichi Suzuki is a Co-Founder of Crosspoint Advisors.
He is also the President, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Internet Initiative Japan Inc. (“IIJ”), an Internet connectivity and network-related services provider listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Section1 and NASDAQ (ticker: IIJI). He began his career in 1972 at the Japan Management Association, and later co-founded IIJ in 1992.
Mr. Suzuki is the chairman of the board of the SPRING FESTIVAL IN TOKYO -Tokyo Opera Nomori-, one of the best known opera events in Japan.
